    Preparation for Sale:  You advised us regarding every aspect of preparation for sale including price, staging, repairs and all 5 heirs and attorneys were in agreement with your advice.

     

    Professionalism:   You dealt with 5 heirs, an estate attorney and even the IRS on our behalf with intelligence and understanding.

    It was such a good feeling to see Ben and Sam walk through the front door last night and go exploring throughout the house, and then out into the backyard running around (or "going for a hike" as Sam said). We camped out in the house last night (no beds, just sleeping bags and pillows, with only food and drink Ben took from his Mom's house ) and the boys thought that was so cool - - personally I'm looking forward to sleeping in a real bed with real blankets after we move in this weekend!
